Virginia Anello, was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University on an honors scholarship. Ms. Anello graduated from LSU magna cum laude and received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Italian. She went on to attend the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU received her Juris Doctor Degree and her Bachelor of Civil Law Degree, graduating in the top 20% of her class. Ms. Anello is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana.

Ms. Anello brings with her experience in representing victims of personal injury and also people who suffered property damage. Consistent with the firm’s philosophy, she is dedicated to ensuring that an underdog can be heard.

Ms. Annelo has experience in representing injury victims and real estate matters from her prior legal work at a law firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While with that firm, Ms. Anello represented people who suffered injury, either to their person or to their property.

It was from working on these cases that Ms. Anello realized that she wanted to devote her legal career to helping injured victims be compensated for their losses.

Ms. Anello relocated and moved to New York City seeking to establish herself as a plaintiff’s attorney.

She has brought her skills to our firm where she is currently focusing her legal skills on pharmaceutical litigation, in particular, the firm’s Ortho Evra Birth Control Patch litigation and Vioxx litigation.

In addition, she is actively involved in representing individuals exposed to the toxins from the World Trade Center rescue and clean-up effort; specifically, the rescue workers, as well as the clean up and construction crews who were given inadequate safety equipment and precautions, which exposed them to deadly levels of carcinogenic and other highly toxic materials. She also represents children and adults who have been injured by vaccines through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and in civil court.
