Virginia E. Anello was born and raised in

Since obtaining her law degree, Ms. Anello has devoted her entire career to always representing injury victims and consumers, primarily in mass tort and class actions. Her practice areas in the law have always focused on, and continue to focus on, products liability litigation and complex litigation, with an emphasis on consumer fraud and mass tort litigation. Consistent with the firm’s philosophy, she is dedicated to ensuring that an underdog can be heard.
Ms. Anello relocated and moved to
In addition, Ms. Anello represents consumers in class action settings who have been misled by product manufacturers and deceived into purchasing products that they otherwise would not have purchased but for their being misled. Sample class action cases that she is prosecuting: the firm’s I-Phone Litigation against Apple and AT&T for inadequate MMS messaging capabilities in certain I-Phone models; claims against Bayer for improperly marketing certain un-substantiated and un-proven health claims in 2 of their drugs – “BAYER WOMEN’S Low Dose Asprin + Calcium” and “BAYER ASPRIN with Heart Advantage”; claims against General Mills for making improper health claims regarding one of the consumer products; and claims against Philip Morris for deceiving consumers that Marlboro Light cigarettes are less harmful and/or are safer than regular cigarettes.
Ms. Anello is also actively involved in representing individuals exposed to the toxins from the World Trade Center rescue and clean-up effort; specifically, the rescue workers, as well as the clean-up and construction crews, who were given inadequate safety equipment and precautions, if any, which caused them to be exposed to deadly levels of carcinogenic and other highly toxic materials
In addition to the above work, Ms. Anello oversees the firm’s vaccine injury related litigation department. In this endeavor she and her team at Douglas & London, P.C., represent children and adults who have been injured by vaccinations in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
