Nicholas E. Warywoda, Esquire
Nicholas E. Warywoda is a trial attorney with the firm and is responsible for handling cases in the areas of negligence, products liability and medical malpractice. Mr. Warywoda is a fearless litigator, who throughout his career has battled insurance companies and large corporations. He has successfully obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements from them on behalf of his clients. Mr. Warywoda has appeared numerous times in the Jury Verdict Reporter due to these victories.
Mr. Warywoda received his Bachelors of Science degree from Long Island University/Southampton College where he graduated cum laude and his Juris Doctorate degree from
Mr. Warywoda's first job out of law school was for a firm that represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions. Mr. Warywoda tried his first case just three weeks after he was admitted to the New York State Bar and has not stopped since. Although Mr. Warywoda was always up against defense attorneys who had much bigger clients and a lot more money and resources then him, he never backed down and only stopped fighting when his clients received adequate compensation for their injuries.
Prior to joining Douglas & London, Mr. Warywoda was the senior trial attorney at one of the largest plaintiff's personal injury law firms in

Mr. Warywoda's philosophy is that an attorney must not only obtain compensation to provide for a client's present pain, suffering and medical expenses, but he must also obtain compensation for the future effects that the injuries will have on accident victims and their family.
