Known for a wealth of court-room experience and skills he is frequently asked to serve as co-counsel in complex trial cases. In this regard he serves as the hammer, In the recent Ortho Evra litigation surrounding Johnson & Johnson’s birth control patch, Mr. Douglas was lead trial counsel in the first case scheduled for trial in the country.
