Zimmer NexGen Knee Replacement Systems
With the country’s population aging, knee replacements are becoming more common. While these devices are supposed to help patients achieve a better quality of life, sadly unintended complications are leading directly to increased knee replacement lawsuits against manufacturers of these replacements.
One artificial knee device especially under fire is the Zimmer NexGen knee replacement system, which has been linked to side effects including pain, loosening of the implant, limited range of motion and even the need for additional surgeries. While Zimmer has recalled some specific faulty components of the NexGen, the manufacturer or FDA has yet to issue a full recall of the knee replacement system.
Orthopedic implant manufacturer Zimmer Inc., maker of NexGen, is being sued nationwide on the grounds that it produced a defective product. If you or a loved one is suffering complications as a result of a Zimmer NexGen knee replacement, it’s time to hold the company making these faulty devices accountable.
