ALISON GERRIOR
Alison Gerrior was born in Malden, Massachusetts. She
graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor
of Arts degree, majoring in Political Science.
Ms. Gerrior is the firm's office manager and case coordinator.
Her philosophy and background are quite similar to the
philosophy of Douglas & London, which make her a perfect
fit for the Firm. Ms. Gerrior's prior employment has made
her well-suited for her position in prosecuting and representing
the rights of clients injured by the wrongs of others.
Through her work at the Legal Aid Society of New York,
where she provided legal assistance to indigent clients,
she gained valuable experience representing the underdog,
and now applies that to her work at Douglas & London
assisting the Firm in representing its clients who have
been injured through no fault of their own.
Additionally, Ms. Gerrior is very involved in the Firm's
vaccine cases and takes a hands on role in helping our
clients whose children have been severely injured through
vaccines. Her prior experience with Teach For America
and the New York City Board of Education, where she served
as a reading instructor in the New York City Public School
System through the America Reads Program, molded her ability
to work with and care for children. Additionally, her
employment at The Massachusetts Children's Trust Fund,
working to prevent child abuse further allows her to relate
to the needs of injured children, as well as their parents.
Ms. Gerrior was also a member of the New York Anti-Hunger
League and served as Vice-President for Students for Social
Equality at New York University.
